We listen to unhappy people from childhood and have internalised the “put downs”, and look what that got us.
Happiness is a state of Being.
Take yourself back. Every time You hear a self put down and feel in your gut… STOP. Take a breath and hand on Heart. Say “ I see you, thankyou. Now I know that I have no need of you anymore. And I release you back into the nothingness from which you came. ”Then say “ I so love you …(your name)…..Yippeee!!”
